Heatwave Chic!

Hello Everyone!

Today was 111 degrees!!! 

Can we say deatthhhhhhhhhh!!!???? 

My boyfriend and I spent the day shopping (mall hopping played a large part ;D)

We went to the movies to see Seeking a Friend for the End of the World, Steve Carell could not have done a better job, what a fantastic actor! 

(I need to meet him, it's on my bucket list!) 

Later in the day I went to watch my sweetie play sand volleyball with some of his friends. The minute they started playing though, it started pouring and I ran to the car to watch from a dry zone! 

Today was a marvelous day overall! I bought some really cute things, got some things for my chubby dog, my boyfriends dog, my boyfriend and my mom. 

Yay for shopping addictions! :D 

As I mentioned, it was ridiculously hot outside today, so I wanted to wear something short, comfortable and breezy. 

My top was a 3/4-length sleeve, but the fabric felt super cool all day!

Cool in Coral!

    Hello Everyone!

Happy Monday everybody! I had such a fun weekend!! 

This past Saturday was my boyfriend's golden birthday!! Yesterday we went beach hopping and then we went on a sunset kayaking excursion! :D 

We kayaked in the Chicago river and it was AMAZINGGGGGGG!!! 

We were right in the heart of the city with skyscrapers towering over us on both sides, tons of water traffic from water taxis, private boats, and yachts giving tours of the city! 

It was sooo much fun!! I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone I know!!! 

If you would like more information about the specific kayaking company we went with let me know! They were great! :D 

My outfit today is super casual but fun! I love bright colors for the summer (obviously) and these coral shorts are perfect! I already have so many photos of the bracelets I'm wearing so I didn't include any pictures of those this time. Also, these shoes have been featured before too!

Sassy City Chicks!

    Hello Everyone!

Tonight my friend Bianca and I went to the Sassy City Chicks event at Venue One in Chicago. 

We had so much fun sipping on cocktails, dancing to the music, and perusing all the fashion items! 

We both bought a couple things, tried on some super expensive things, and went home with free goodie bags filled with some great stuff! All in all it was such a fun night and we both can't wait to hit up the next fashion event that comes our way!

Back in Black...and Hot Pink!

      Hello Everyone!!!

After a VERY long time I am finally back in action!!! 
A lot has been going on over the past few weeks! I moved out of my apartment, finished up my summer session, started my summer internship, started exploring my options for culinary school and so much more! I've been super busy and loving it! 
I finally have my wonderful photographer back with me and am so excited to start posting up a storm! Thank you so much for sticking with me and I hope everyone loves the outfits ahead!!

Despues de MUCHO tiempo, finalmente me encuentro nuevamente en accion!!! 
Muchas cosas han pasado en estas ultimas semanas! Me mude de mi apartamento, termine mis clases de verano, empece con mi servicio social, y tambien empece a ver mis opciones en la escuela de cocina! Me he mantenido muy ocupada y me encanta!
