What I'm Loving Wednesday! + Bummer Announcement

    Hey Everyone!

This week I am loving arm candy! 

I honestly don't have many bracelets right now so I am in definite need of some new ones! I have separated the bracelets into four categories as you can see above. These all come from different places and different price ranges. Some of them are outrageously priced, but a girl can dream! 

Now on to the bummer announcement. 

I won't have a photographer until sometime next week so I won't be able to post outfits until that time either. I really wish I could post outfits this week, but I'll just have to wait. Don't worry though, as soon as my photographer is back in action, I will be posting as much as possible! Stay with me!

1. A girl can never have enough bangles and cuffs! 

They are timeless! Sure, the variation in which they are worn changes, but adding one or two bangles or a statement cuff to an outfit can always brighten up the look and take it to a new level of chic! 

Also, I realize #6 isn't a set of bangles or a cuff, but I just thought those bracelets were super cute and on trend for the summer, and such a great price! :D

2. Chain bracelets are my absolute favorite right now! 

I love the way the current styles are intertwined with thread, ribbons, jewels, charms, etc. They look so effortless and super chic at the same time! 

Also, I know #2 and #8 are not chain bracelets, but they really fit in with the overall look of this collection so I made an exception. :)

3. Leather bracelets look so luxe! 

It doesn't matter how simple the design is, the leather just gives it an extra oomph that really adds class, sophistication and chicness to an outfit! All the gorgeous colors don't hurt either! ;)

4. Skull bracelets are really having a moment right now! 

Personally, they remind me of the Day of the Dead celebrations. 

I wasn't a big fan of this trend until I discovered #2, which are the Alexander McQueen versions! The purple one especially is just so vibrant and gorgeous! 

The more I searched, the more I began to like this trend. It's fun! Especially with all the bright colors these bracelets come in, the vibe isn't so dreary. 

Either way, once the trend passes, I'll keep my collection for the Day of the Dead festivities in years to come! :D

We Got the Beat!

     Hello Everyone!

This past Saturday my family, boyfriend and I went to an 80s themed murder mystery dinner party in Wrigleyville. 

It was sooo much fun! We all got really into it with our costumes! We had such a good time! We were laughing the entire time we were there! 

I can't wait until we can do another family event like this!

Este Sabado pasado mi familia, novio, y yo fuimos a una cena de mysterio tema de los 80s en Wrigleyville. 

Fue tan divertido! Todos nos disfrasamos! Tuvimos un buen tiempo! Estabamos riendo todo el tiempo! Estoy anciosa para nuestro siguiente evento familiar!

Lemon Meringue

   Hi Everyone!

Today was a shopping day! 

I went to the mall, Target, Dots, Michael's, Joann fabrics and a few other stores. It was a little cooler than yesterday so I decided to layer this white long sleeve over my neon yellow top. 

Don't you just love my leopard wristlet? I love coach wristlets! I have so many of them, but I'm addicted and constantly want more! 

I think the leopard complimented the mint and yellow colors really nicely!

Hoy fue un dia de compras! 

Fui al centro comercial, Target, Dots, Michael's, Joann Fabrics y a unas otras tiendas. Estaba un poco mas frio que ayer, asi que decidi ensimar esta blusa blanca de botones sobre mi playera amarillo neon. 

No les encanta mi monedero de leopardo? Yo adoro coleccionar los monederos! Tengo tantos que soy adicta y siempre hay espacio para mas! 

Pienso que el estampado de leopardo complementa el color menta y amarillo muy bien.

Comfy! :: Cute!

Hey Everyone!

I am so excited to show you the second Comfy! :: Cute! segment! 

This time I chose a casual look with basic pieces that everyone probably already has in their closet. 

I know a lot of people like to go to fairs, carnivals and lots of other outdoor activities during the summer so I used shoes that are fun, colorful and of course comfortable and cute! 

I also tried to add an extra boost of color with the different bags I chose.

Estoy muy emocionada al ensenarles el segundo segmento de Comfy! :: Cute! Esta vez escoji un "look" casual con piezas basicas que muchos quizas ya tienen en su closet. 

Se que la gente le gusta salir a las ferias, carnavales, y otros festejos el en verano, asi que use zapatos divertidos, llenos de color y por supuesto comodos y bonitos! 

Tambien trate de ponerle mas color a los trajes escojiendo bolsas con colores distintos.

I found this pair of sandals at a local store a few years ago. They were only $5! I really liked them because they were different from many other sandals I had seen. I was also drawn to them because of the different colored straps and the gold chain.

My boyfriend bought me these shoes! The little flower on these shoes makes them extra cute and the chunky heel makes them super easy to walk in!

These heels are so hot! Coral is always an IT color for the summer season! I really loved the way they went with the tribal print clutch. I also have a mini skirt in the exact same print as the clutch!

I just bought these wedges at Icing for $12! They were on clearance and luckily in my size! I don't really shop at Icing, but sometimes I walk in there to just look around. I'm really happy I walked in that day and found these!

This is the simplest and comfiest pair. I found these shoes on super clearance at Wet Seal. They only cost about $3! They are the COMFIEST shoes I have ever worn! They feel like a piece of cloth wrapped around your feet.
